The setup process will differ if you choose our dedicated or remote solutions. For both solutions, we will carry out a planning and implementation consultation with you. After which we will present a business proposal outlining the scope of work, methodology, services levels, budgets, and terms & conditions.

How many agents will be available on my website?

Can I monitor live chats as they happen?

If you have chosen to use our shared chat services, you will be unable to access live chat sessions since our software is housing multiple clients.

However, if you are looking to have more control over your live chat se4rvice with Outsourrce we would recommend our dedicated or remote solution

How may concurrent chats can you answer?

In our shared environment are live chat specialist will handle two concurrent chats per client.

If you are using dedicated or remote services this would be a matter of what stipulated in our service level agreement.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Our shared services are month by month and you can cancel at any time.

Dedicated and Remote solutions will require some form of contract which can be anything from 6 to 12 months.

Do we need to purchase chat software?

No. Outsourrce will provide the chat software. We use LivechatInc for all shared services.

If you would like to use your own chat software you will probably find that our dedicated or remote solutions would suit you better.

How do you train my live chat agents?

Most importantly all of our live chat specialists undergone 8 weeks intensive live chat training and made grade through our final examination processes.

Once your live chat requirements have been approved and are ready to implement we train between 8 to 12 live chat specialists. Your account manager will conduct the training and ongoing development.

After 5 to 7 days our live chats specialists will be very familiar with your brand and the common questions your visitors ask.

After 30 days our live chats specialists will be your online brand
ambassador.

What if a CA specialist can not answer to a question?

This is inevitable and our Live Chat Specialists have been trained to professionally handle events such as this.

In most cases, the live chat specialist will ask for the contact name and email address so that you can contact them directly.

In some cases, we will ask the visitor to allow us a moment to find the information that answers their question. In the event, we are unable to find the correct information we will revert back to collecting contact details.

Our live chat specialists will not provide information that is incorrect or misleading.
